This site has no forms and no automated intake. When you email or call us, we receive what you choose to send: your name, contact details, and whatever you tell us about your organization or program. Please keep confidential program detail out of first contact — application type, region, and timing are enough to scope the work, and we are glad to execute a confidentiality agreement first. We use it to respond to your enquiry, scope potential work, and maintain our business records. We do not sell it, and we do not use it for advertising.
Material sent to careers@araptals.com is used to consider you for the Arapta network and for current or future engagements. It is kept separately from client correspondence. Ask us to delete your details at any time and we will.
We rely on third parties to operate: a website host and an email provider. Each processes information only as needed to provide its service. Where an engagement calls for a local representative in another market, we may involve an in-country partner, and we agree confidentiality terms before program information is shared.
Enquiries are treated as confidential. We are glad to execute a confidentiality agreement before any program detail is shared. Client information received during an engagement is handled under the terms of that engagement.
